What is Gracious and healthy lifestyle?
To me, Gracious and healthy lifestyle is having a good eating habit and and exercising every week. And the exercises are gracious. For example Yoga, Ballet and so on.
And healthy lifestyle is like eating the right food and not junk food as a habit.
I used to eat lots and lots of junk food when i was young.
Later, i realised that eating junk food is not healthy at all.
It not only makes you fat, but sick too.
So, from that day onwards, i stopped eating junk food and started to eat more vegetables.
Then, i realised that vegetables ain't that bad after all.
But , i still eat a little of junk food, just that it's TEN TIMES lesser than last time.
And one more thing, i used to be very weak last time, but now, after i stopped eating so much junk food, i became healthier and not get sick so easily.
And i think that eating junk food is so not gracious.
Instead, eating vegetables, fish, meat and other dishes, are alot more gracious.
